    • From our Business Partners whose services you may be using in connection with our offerings.
    • From other third parties such as caregivers, parents, legal guardians, or affiliated organisations who provide your details on your behalf. If you are a minor or otherwise represented individual, your information may be submitted by an authorised person.

    • Through CCTV surveillance systems installed at our offices and premises for safety and monitoring purposes.

  2. 10.1. Your Personal Information may be used by UHIPL and our Group Companies for various purposes including but not limited to the following:
    • To provide healthcare services including preventive, screening and medical services and all related ancillary and allied clinical and non-clinical enabling services.
    • To facilitate payment processing by sponsors (government and non-government) on your behalf.
    • To operate, improve our website, application and/or our services and to enhance your experience.
    • For communication via phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email or any digital communication mode to ensure continued healthcare services, extension of new services or products or benefits and seeking user feedback and grievance redressal.
    • To maintain electronic medical records of participants in our camps/ projects and service users, including medical & treatment history, medications, insurance details and to facilitate digital journey for the them and providing IT support.
    • To perform studies, research and analysis of clinical and non-clinical nature for improving our products, information, analysis, services and technologies and publication of study or research reports.
    • To resolve any grievance/complaints received from you.
    • To comply with laws and regulations/ orders of any government, quasi-government, statutory, regulatory and judicial authority.
    • To archive medical records and other relevant documents as per applicable legal & regulatory requirements.
    • For accounting & audit purposes.
    • To report incidents involving subjects to the Safety Committee
    • To monitor & ensure security of systems during information processing.
    • To facilitate employment applications, schedule interviews and to provide employment services.
    • For provision of specific services availed by you from us or our Business Partners.
    • To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of our Terms of Use available at our website at www.umanghealth.com. or reach out to our Grievance Officer, breach of this Privacy Policy or other documents applicable to you or as otherwise required by law.
    • We may aggregate Personal Information in a non-personally identifiable form for research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purposes.

We may request additional information from you, if necessary, to verify your identity and facilitate your request. Please note that we may not be able to facilitate your request to withdraw consent where we are required to retain your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws or where such retention is necessary to protect our legal rights or legitimate business interests. Upon withdrawal of consent, we will cease processing your Personal Information for the relevant purpose.     • We may share your Personal Information with our Business Partners for the provision of services that you have availed from them.
